Instructions:

To nominate someone for a position on the Society For Biomaterials Board of directors, please follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Log in above using your username (email address) and password (SFB Membership number). If you do not know your SFB membership number, please click here.
2. Enter the nominee’s contact information (all fields) and click “save”.
3. On the resultant confirmation page, follow the link to the nominations page, and select the position for which you wish to nominate the candidate.
4. On the nominations page you must also upload a letter of recommendation. If you have collected letters of recommendation from other parties, they must be uploaded as a single file. (.pdf, .doc, or .rtf files are acceptable.)
5. Click “Submit”.

Please note, you will not be able to return to your nomination once you have started the process. If you have any errors or omissions, please enter a new nomination. Duplicates will be consolidated by headquarters staff.
